This Privacy Policy explains what data Rentlica collects, why, and what you can do about it.
1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, company), operational data you enter (vehicles, bookings, agreements), and usage telemetry (pages viewed, errors).
2. How we use it
To deliver the service, prevent abuse, support you when you ask, and improve Rentlica. We never sell your data.
3. Sub-processors
We rely on trusted providers including Clerk (authentication), managed PostgreSQL hosting, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) on our marketing surfaces to deploy and manage measurement and analytics tags. What GTM loads may collect device and browsing data governed by Google's policies as well as any tools you configure inside GTM. A full list of sub-processors is available on request.
4. Security
Encryption in transit, role-based access control, least-privilege service accounts, and full audit logs on mutation endpoints.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your workspace is active. If you close your account we delete it within 90 days, except where law requires us to keep it.
