These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rentlica. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorised to bind your organisation when you create a workspace.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service - no reverse-engineering, no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no using the service to violate applicable law.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscription prices may be changed at any time, including in response to broader economic factors (such as inflation, currency movements, applicable taxes, or increases in supplier and infrastructure costs). We will provide reasonable advance notice before new prices apply to your renewal or next billing cycle; continued use of a paid plan after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated price unless you cancel beforehand.
4. Your data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time via the API or by request.
5. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these Terms or put our platform at risk.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 30 days in advance.
