OTA partner channels

Sell through brokers without a second inventory system

Rentlica is the supplier server — brokers search your mapped locations, pull live rates, and push bookings over standard OpenTravel XML.

Certify before production

Each broker gets a dedicated OpenTravel XML endpoint with RequestorID, password hash, and optional IP allowlist. Supported message types: VEH_LOC_SEARCH, VEH_AVAIL_RATE, VEH_RES, VEH_MODIFY, VEH_CANCEL, VEH_RET_RES. Broker profiles ship for Rentalcars/Booking.com, CarTrawler, Discover Cars, Auto Europe, and Carnect — with test mode and activity logs that replay failed requests.

You need your own commercial supplier agreement with each broker. Rentlica provides the technical connection — credentials, mapping, and OpenTravel XML — not the commercial relationship. Certification with Booking Holdings and other marketplaces takes months and is not guaranteed.

What you get on the desk

One inventory, every channel

Broker bookings land in the same availability engine as desk and API sales — no overnight sync jobs.

Broker profiles built in

Rentalcars, CarTrawler, Discover Cars, Auto Europe, and Carnect profiles ship with the right credential format and SOAP preference.

Mapping wizard, not a spreadsheet

Link branches to OTA location codes and fleet categories to ACRISS codes before the broker's first test call.

Observable by default

Activity logs, health stats, and replay for failed messages — your team can debug without opening a ticket with a middleman.

Built for how rental companies work

Rentalcars / Booking.com

Prepaid voucher flow with the credential format Booking Holdings expects.

CarTrawler white-labels

One Rentlica endpoint per CarTrawler connection, testable in sandbox before go-live.

Regional marketplaces

Discover Cars, Auto Europe, and Carnect-style brokers on the same mapping and logging stack.

Common questions

Yes. Partner channels use OpenTravel XML for brokers. The REST API is for your website, CRM, and custom integrations. Many fleets run both.
